Branding
I believe in simplicity and clarity, and I want you to be ready to hit the ground running by the time we are done. This is why the package includes pretty much everything you’ll need:
- Basic branding (more information here)
- Domain and hosting assistance + set-up if needed (cost of hosting not included)
- Strategic website copy guide (so it’s easy for you to generate your website text)
- Webdesign Image guide (so you’ll know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to images on your website, plus you’ll get some tips if you choose to go for brand photos with a photograph)
- Full WordPress set-up and premium Divi theme Installation with all the technical stuff needed
- Custom website design (Up to 8 core pages, such as Home, About, Services 1-3, Blog, Contact, Social media links)
- Supporting pages (Disclamer pages, 404 page)
- Launch support with launch graphics for 1-2 social media channels (Canva templates)
- Training material for use and maintenance
- 30 days post-set-up support
Priced separately if needed:
- Email list automation set-up
- Design of 1 marketing piece (e.g. lead magnet)
- Monthly maintenance subscription

Investment & Timeline
Investment: €2500 (50% as we start, 50% before I hand in the final files)
Project Duration: 7-12 weeks (depends also on you and how fast you can turn-around with feedback)
Needed from you
We cannot build a website without these elements, which I will be needing from you before we start:
Branding material:
- Returning the branding material and questionnaires on time.
Website copy:
- Meaning, website text. I can help you with a template, but you’ll need to provide the text before we can get started.
- This is the most work for you, and should not be underestimated. If you need help, let me know and I can connect you with a few copywriters I know.
Website images:
- No website looks professional without profesisonal images. There is no design tricks possible that can compensate for poor quality (or only stock) images.
- I will need at least 10-20 professional quality images made to match your branding (indeed, it all starts with branding).
- Need help? Let me know, and I can recommend some photographers I know.
How the Branding Process Works
Here’s what you can expect from your personalized branding experience!
01 Discover & Plan
First, we will have a discovery call to discuss your business, style, and unique branding needs. Then, we’ll jump into the Project Kick-Start process to determine the project timelines and take care of the contract and initial payment.
02 Prepare & Strategize
As we get started, I will send you your homework, and guidance on how to tap into your own intuition. We will then have a strategy call to dive deeper into your brand personality and business needs.
03 Design, Review, Finalize
Now is when you relax and I get to work! I will first create your brand material, layer by layer. You can review the concept that best suits your brand so you can see how it would look like in real life.
